This return and refund policy is issued by ALOELIS® Cosmetics, operated and owned by the company PARISINOVA HERITAGE. It applies to all sales concluded on the official store https://aloelis.com/.
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, every consumer legally has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days.
Because we advocate for 100% serene purchasing, ALOELIS® Cosmetics doubles this internal period and offers you 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to provide a reason.
Strict Condition: For reasons of hygiene and health protection, this 30-day right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products that are unopened, unused, untested, and kept in their original sealed packaging. Any product with a broken seal or opened cannot be returned under this right.
Notification: The customer must notify their decision to withdraw by e-mail to sav@aloelis.com before the expiration of the 30-day period.
Important Alert: This legal right of withdrawal is explicitly distinct and independent of our 90-day "Results" Commercial Guarantee detailed at the end of the document.
Once your retraction request has been validated by our customer service department, instructions and the return address will be sent to you by email. Products must be returned in perfect, resalable condition.
As part of our service commitment, return shipping costs are fully covered by ALOELIS® Cosmetics. A prepaid return label will be sent to you by our team.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised under the required conditions, ALOELIS® Cosmetics will reimburse the full amount paid (excluding express delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the products, directly to the original payment method used for the order.
In the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service, the consumer may have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge in accordance with articles L.611-1 and subsequent articles of the Consumer Code. The overwhelming majority of mass cosmetic brands rely on industrial volumes, minimal production costs, and standardized ingredients of low market value. These multinational corporations can easily absorb waves of systematic and "on-the-fly" refunds, granted without real legitimacy.
Conversely, ALOELIS® chooses to invest heavily in the nobility of precious plant active ingredients and high-end eco-responsible production. To protect this ethical model against opportunistic abuses, and to reserve this exclusive guarantee for customers genuinely committed in good faith to a skin rebalancing treatment, we require objective proof of results via the protocol described below.
Our skincare products are based on the absolute purity of active ingredients of natural origin and are Ecocert Cosmos certified. To maximize results and avoid disrupting the consistency of our formulas, we strongly recommend not mixing our premium skincare products with products containing ingredients such as Silicones, aggressive Sulfates (SLS/SLES), PEGs, Polymers, Phthalates, GMOs, or other controversial ingredients.
Opt for at least ECOCERT® COSMOS certified formulas to guarantee a truly "clean" composition without having to worry. Because formulating excellence should not be mixed with mediocrity. Concomitant use of conventional cosmetics or harsh products during the treatment period automatically cancels the benefit of this guarantee.
In order to scientifically substantiate the absence of results, the warranty is conditional on the maintenance of a rigorous tracking journal. The customer must produce at least 70 daily photographs meeting the following criteria:
This proof protocol is required in order to obtain an objective dermatological opinion, especially in cases of skin purging.
Our formulas are specially designed for optimal tolerance on the most sensitive skin and hair. They are highly biodegradable, certified, and approved according to the most demanding standards (Ecocert COSMOS, Bureau Veritas, FDA, IFRA international, or Vegan Friendly standards).
Our formulas do not present a risk of reaction, except in cases of individual allergy to a plant. The complete INCI list, available before purchase, allows each customer to check for compatibility. In the event of an observed skin reaction, a written opinion from an independent dermatologist establishing or refuting the link with the ALOELIS® product must be included in the file.
When you introduce an ALOELIS® product, you are introducing a product free of chemical obstructors and disruptors (unfortunately present in over 90% of conventional market products). Your skin enters a rebalancing phase called skin purging.
This natural process manifests as a temporary expulsion of deeply accumulated impurities (microcomedones). This process typically lasts between 2 and 8 weeks (sometimes up to 6 months for skin saturated with historical silicones). Skin purging is proof that your skin is relearning to function on its own and in no way indicates a negative result or lack of effectiveness.

The file must include the order number, proof of purchase, the 70 dated photographs (article 6.3) and, where applicable, the dermatological opinion (article 6.4). After validation by our customer service, the return costs of the product (even if completely empty) are fully covered by ALOELIS® Cosmetics. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the package.
