These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC" or "Conditions") govern all sales concluded between PARISINOVA HERITAGE and any adult natural person acting as a consumer (hereinafter "you" or "the Customer") on the website (https://aloelis.com/) and its extension (https://aloelis.fr/).
By visiting our site or purchasing a product, you unreservedly agree to be bound by these GTC.

To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (email address, billing, and shipping). You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any transfer or assignment of an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
All ALOELIS® Cosmetics products are manufactured on demand by our certified partner laboratory located in Riga (Latvia), within the European Union. No products are stocked prior to your order.

The formulas offered under the ALOELIS® Cosmetics brand are ECOCERT Cosmos Natural & Organic certified and 100% biodegradable certified. These certifications are held by our partner manufacturing laboratory, the official holder within the meaning of EC Regulation No. 1223/2009.
True to its philosophy, ALOELIS® prioritizes Vegan compositions. Exceptionally, and for their unique biomimetic properties essential to the performance of our hair care products, a tiny percentage of our product catalog (limited to 2% of our global offering) includes natural ingredients of biological non-vegetable origin (such as honey, beeswax, or hydrolyzed keratin).
We strive to provide the most accurate representation of our products possible. However, minimal display variations (colors, brightness) may occur depending on screens. Product descriptions may be modified or withdrawn at any time, at our sole discretion.
The sales contract is definitively formed upon validation of your payment and sending of our order confirmation email, triggering the manufacturing order with the laboratory.
Due to our on-demand manufacturing process, any cancellation request must be submitted by email to boutique@aloelis.com within a maximum of 24 working hours following your order. Beyond this period, once production has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Each order on our online store is strictly limited to a maximum of 20 items to ensure the rigor of our supply chain.
Tip: For any order of more than 21 items intended for personal use, we invite you to place two separate orders to ensure fair processing.
Purchases made on this site are exclusively for personal or domestic use. Any commercial resale of our products without prior written agreement is strictly prohibited.
In case of suspicion of resale (abnormal volumes, undue repeated orders), ALOELIS® reserves the right to immediately cancel the order and proceed with its full refund. Professionals and authorized distributors (B2B) are exclusive partners selected for their excellence; they must place their orders via a dedicated professional account by contacting direction@aloelis.fr
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) at the rate in force in France. They do not include shipping costs (free from €59 purchase) or any customs duties outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States), which remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe), or in several interest-free installments via Klarna (subject to eligibility and acceptance of your application). Transactions are fully secured via SSL/TLS protocol and PCI-DSS certified. PARISINOVA HERITAGE never stores your banking data.
Deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Except for the premium Zero Stress Delivery Guarantee option by PARCELWILL, the risks of loss or damage are transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. ALOELIS® offers a 90-day Results Guarantee subject to strict eligibility conditions (available on our website), applicable independently of legal guarantees.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 (5°) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Consequently, no ALOELIS® Cosmetics product whose protective seal, tamper-evident seal, or packaging has been opened, removed, or tested can be returned or refunded. Returned products must be perfectly new, intact, and in their original condition.
To exercise this right, you must send a clear declaration to boutique@aloelis.com or use the withdrawal form in your customer area. Return shipping costs are your sole responsibility. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt and validation of product conformity by our logistics center.

Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the same Code.
Customer reviews: By submitting a review, you grant us the royalty-free right to use it for promotional purposes.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably within 60 days, you have the right to recourse free of charge to an approved consumer mediator. PARISINOVA HERITAGE is in the process of affiliating with an independent mediation body, whose contact details for referral will be published on this page as soon as finalized. If any clause of these terms is deemed void, the other clauses remain fully in force. These GTC, the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy constitute the entirety of our agreement. They are subject to French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts, unless otherwise mandatory provision related to your country of residence.
