Because the right to make a mistake is an integral part of your care journey, we are doubling the legal requirements. While the law imposes a 14-day cooling-off period, ALOELIS® extends this guarantee to 30 days. Did you order the wrong product, change your mind, or simply decide not to use it?

No worries: you have a full month to return your product (unopened and sealed) for a full refund.

• Eco-Designed Packaging: Our cardboard packaging is made from at least 88% post-consumer recycled materials, sugarcane waste, and wood residues.
• Zero Waste PP Containers: Our formulas are poured into 100% recyclable, mono-material PP containers. Mostly used as airless bottles, they protect the formula, extend its shelf life, and allow you to dispense up to 99% of the product to eliminate waste.
